Sydney Free Saddlery Delivery Details

We aim to dispatch your order the same working day if it is received with us before 3pm. Due to postage times, orders received after 3pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Most items are sent via Royal Mail first class post. Orders over a certain value or weight will be sent using either the "Signed For" or "Special Delivery" services, or via another courier. Special Delivery and couriers will require a signature upon delivery. If you need to receive your item by a certain date please contact us either by email or telephone before placing your order.

If for any reason any of the items you have ordered is not in stock we will notify you by email to enquire whether you would like to wait for your item to come back into stock, cancel that item or replace it with a different item. If you choose a replacement and there is a difference in price, we will either refund you that difference or you will need to pay any extra as required.
