Opening times are as follows;
Monday - Saturday 9am to 5.30pm
You have a choice of ways to order through our secure website! For speed, you can use the Search option, which looks though our entire online selection to find you the products you're looking for. You can type in the product code of the items you require if you know them or just type the name of the product.
You can also browse through each of the sections and sub-sections of the site. Alternatively, you can search by brand and just look the range of products we have available for each brand we carry.
Don't forget to check out our Clearance area to see if there's an unmissable deal before you check out.
The items are added to your Shopping Basket. To check your purchase at any time, click on the Basket icon to check which items you have selected and then submit your order. When you've made your selections, just check your customer details and confirm your purchase. It's that easy!
For customer service reasons, we may also restrict the products available on the website to those which are currently in stock.
If you prefer to place your order offline, you may choose from the following options:

1. The product code of each item you require.
2. The product description of each item, including size and colour.
3. Your credit/debit card.
By Fax: 01285 650213
By Post: Send your order to Sydney Free Saddlery, 54 Querns Lane, Cirencester, Glos, GL7 1RH. We will contact you once your order arrives and arrange payment.
Cheques: Please make your cheques payable to Sydney Free Saddlery Ltd. Ensure you print your Bankers Card Number on the reverse side along with your address.
Delivery and handling
We will be pleased to arrange delivery on your behalf via our carrier if requested, in which case please include the postage and handling charge on your order. Orders collected incur no handling charges. If you require delivery by courier then a nominal charge is made to cover packing and handling.
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.
Value Added Tax
Prices shown include VAT of 20% where applicable. Sydney Free Saddlery reserve the right to alter prices shown in this catalogue in the event of a change in the level of VAT.
If you are setting up a new account and this is your first order and it is over £250, this must be despatched to the billing address and a land line number entered to enable us to contact you if necessary.
Recycling and the Waste Electrical and Electronic Regulations
When you buy any electrical item from Sydney Free Saddlery (whether it's mains-powered or battery-powered), we offer to take back for recycling the equivalent item that it replaces.
Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by Sydney Free Saddlery from the United Kingdom to you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties.
