It is important that you are happy with all your purchases online with Sydney Free Saddlery and we want to make it easy if you are not happy or need to return an item. Please see some frequently asked return questions below:
Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered.
You can return your purchase to us within 28 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost.
I want to return an unwanted item?
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we may not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.
I want to return an unwanted large and/or expensive item?
For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you. If there is no error on our part and you require this service, we will quote the cost for this service at the time of your call.
What items cannot be returned?
The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item.
If you want to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but may choose not refund your delivery costs.

- Goods made to specification or otherwise personilised
- Unsealed optical media, such as DVD's, CD's, Video Games and Computer Software
- Pierced Jewellery
- Gift Vouchers
Our Refunds Policy
When will I get my refund?
When you send your item back to us, within 3-5 days of receipt we will process the returned item and make a payment back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with.
Our Exchanges Policy
Can I exchange my returned item for something else?
We are unable to exchange goods from one order to another. In all cases we would handle your returned item as a straight froward return and refund the payment back on the credit card or debit card you originally paid with as per the refunds policy (above).
If you do require another item a new order would need to be raised and charged for separately and the funds will be taken for the new order before you will have received a refund for the returned item(s).
Will I be charged again for postage?
If you raise another order at the time when you are making arrangements to return your other items the new order will be sent with free postage (UK Mainland Only)
